Loved the surprise champagne we received for our honeymoon, it was such a sweet gesture from the hotel. The breakfast spread was amazing, with warm breads and good quality coffee. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The beds were not comfortable, they reminded me of cheap hospital beds. The bathroom was old and outdated, giving it a hospital-like feel.

We were able to easily explore all the amazing theaters, restaurants, and shopping centers in the city. Plus, the hotel is centrally located, so everything was within walking distance. The spacious and beautiful rooms added to our overall experience, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location close to downtown: The hotel is excellently located, with access to all the best areas either by a short walk or via the near-by metro lines. It is easy to get in by metro from the airport and is close to the city center. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was large and very good. Staff: The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly.

Great location, close to city center and shops. Pleasant atmosphere at the Christmas market. Very staff were nice and pro. Beautiful building, room, and location. Efficient front desk staff. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access from central rail station. City Gardens and Elbesymphony Hall within walking distance. Old Town just across the canal bridge.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to access all the attractions and shops in Hamburg. The u Bahn and s Bahn stations are just a stone's throw away, allowing for convenient transportation. there is a charming neighborhood with cozy cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a drink or a snack. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout your stay.
It was a bit disappointing that there were no options for a drink upon arrival from the airport.

the Spa & wellness centre was excellent and the Jacuzzi was a great addition. the room advantages were outstanding, with private facilities and in-room breakfast options. the Bar/Lounge area was also a great place to unwind after a long day, and the location advantages of being just a short walk away from the shopping streets and S-Bahn station were a huge plus.
this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and amenities, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and centrally located venue.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great location near underground station and city center. Helpful and efficient staff at front desk. Limited sauna hours, but overall a fantastic hotel in a beautiful building. Resolved payment issue quickly.
